This is the only fanlisting approved by thefanlistings.org for the character of Anamaria from the film Pirates of the Caribbean, and it was previously owned by by Jai, who also created the current layout. Anamaria is a strong female character, the only female pirate in the movie, and quite possibly the one who is the best match for Captain Jack Sparrow. She is not afraid to stand up to him, and at the very beginning holds quite the vendetta against him as well. However, she comes through to help lead the crew to his rescue in the end. We can only hope she'll have a more prominent role in the sequels!
