This site was originally opened by by Jai on March 28, 2004. The graphics were created by her (layout and codes) using Paint Shop Pro 7.02. The pages were constructed using Notepad and Dreamweaver, and i changed them using Notepad and Frontpage. It is part of Sky-reflection.
Why?
I, as Jai before me, am a huge fan of the film Pirates of the Caribbean. I loved all the characters of the movie, but i really think that Anamaria was one the best non-major character. She is a very brave pirate, she's capable to face all the other men and have respect from them: she's the pirate i have always wanted to be in my plays when i was a child. She gave the pirate crew a bit of a balance, and was a good foil in character for Elizabeth. I loved the relationship she has with Captain Jack Sparrow, 'cause they make us understand that they had some great adventures together we still don't know, and we can't infer from the movie.

A fanlisting is exactly what it sounds like: a list of fans who like a particular thing (actor/actress, singer, band, movie, tv show, etc). The object is to see how many fans there are of the fanlisting's subject, and where they are from. The concept was begun by Janine and is now run by the staff at the fanlistings and all recognized fanlistings are recognized through her site.
» Is this an official site?
In a word, NO. Being approved by thefanlistings.org has nothing to do with being "official." This site is not affiliated with the actors, the directors, producers, or anyone else involved with the film, or anything else remotely official. This is simply a small shrine of admiration for a character I love.
» Do I have to have a website to be listed?
Nope! Unlike cliques, you don't have to have a website to join. Just a name, a country, and love for Anamaria.
» What do I need to join?
Just fill out the form and submit it. I'll add you on my next update. You should get a confirmation email when you are added.
